GOURMET BEEF JERKY

Derived from a passion of cooking on the grill, Rod and Chris 1st got their start from trading recipes and sampling each others cooking. From one marvelous recipe to the next. What started out as a great friendship, became a great business venture. One day, Rod decided to make some Jerky on the grill for the 1st time. It was all in fun until Chris tried it and knew Rod was on to something. The flavor was so good, Chris suggested Rod selling the smoked meat and offered to design Rod some labels to start his business, since Chris was already a graphic designer. Not long after, Rod reached out to Chris and said "Let's do this together, come up with your own 2 recipes and I'll create my 2 flavors".  So Chris came up with Black Cherry Jalapeno and Peach Habanero, while Rod was already on to Original and Spicy Original which were a huge success around the Austin area at that point. Backed up by an LLC, official packaging, logo, radio commercial, an account on eBay and a lot of support on Social Media and locally in Austin Texas and surrounding areas, RC Chirp and Jerk have now sold to 15 states nation wide in the U.S. and growing. Over 700 bags sold in less than 9 months. Not to mention a ton of great feedback and recommendations on their Facebook page @rcchirpandjerk.
